Our shipment period is divided in to the production phase and shipping phase. Unlike most companies where the product is shipped immediately, because they sell physical products & we are selling Print On Demands Products, so ours process is a little different. it takes longer than usual to actually ship an order. But it's definitely worth the wait. And each parcel is prepared with a lot more care and attention.
Please be advised that Paw & Heir operates a no returns policy due to the customized nature of our products. If you received a defective or incorrect item we will replace it as fast as possible.
CANCELLATIONS: BEFORE PRODUCT RECEIVED
Order cancellations are permitted up to 4 hours after placing your order. Any cancellation request received thereafter will be subject to a 20% cancellation and admin fee.
Note that any order that has been sent to print cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item we promise to replace it as fast as possible. Please report the issue to us via email and provide photo evidence. We 100% guarantee a replacement to any customer who receives an incorrect or defective / damaged / mis-printed product.
