It’s a small, premium pet-lover brand built around simple, meaningful pieces inspired by life with dogs.
Q: "Do you offer custom pet products?"
Yes. You can upload your pet’s photo, and we’ll turn it into a clean, minimal design that fits our style.
We keep everything refined — no loud graphics or cartoon styles.
Q: “How does customization work?”
After you order, you upload your pet’s photo. From there, we create a design that feels simple and personal, and apply it to your selected product.
Q: “How long does it take?”
Most items are made to order, especially custom ones. Because of that, processing takes a little longer. You’ll see timing details at checkout.
Q: “Do you accept returns?”
Since most items are made specifically for each order, we don’t offer general returns or exchanges.
But if something arrives with a material issue or a printing defect, we’ll take care of it. Just reach out with a photo, and we’ll fix it.
Q: “How do I pick the right size?”
There’s a size guide on each product page. If you like a more relaxed fit, going one size up usually works well.
Q: “Where do you ship?”
Shipping options will show at checkout depending on your location.
