Our shipment period is divided in to the production phase and shipping phase. CANCELLATIONS: BEFORE PRODUCT RECEIVED
Order cancellations are permitted up to 4 hours after placing your order. Any cancellation request received thereafter will be subject to a 20% cancellation and admin fee.
Note that any order that has been sent to print cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.
